These rolls are like a warm hug from the South—gooey cinnamon swirls topped with juicy peaches and a cobbler-style crumble. I made them for a Sunday brunch, and they vanished before the coffee even cooled. It’s the best of both worlds: sticky cinnamon roll comfort and fruity cobbler goodness in every bite!
1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
1½ cups diced peaches (fresh or canned & drained)
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
Crumble Topping (optional but delicious):
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cold butter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
Place cinnamon rolls in the dish, slightly spread apart.
In a bowl, toss peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon. Spoon over the rolls.
In another bowl, mix crumble topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Drizzle with included icing while warm and serve!
