2 ripe bananas, mashed
⅓ cup peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups rolled oats (use gluten-free if needed)
½ cup flaxseed meal
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp chia seeds
⅓ cup chocolate chips or chunks (any kind)
In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
Add oats, flaxseed meal, shredded coconut, and chia seeds. Stir to combine.
Fold in chocolate chips.
