4 slices rustic or sourdough bread
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: Kalamata olives, sliced
Sauté spinach and cherry tomatoes in olive oil until wilted and tender (3–4 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
Butter one side of each bread slice.
