These crispy, cheesy little pizza rolls were born out of a late-night craving for something savory but light. With just a few simple ingredients and hardly any prep, they’ve become a go-to snack in our home — quick, satisfying, and totally crave-worthy. Perfect for lunchboxes, game nights, or guilt-free bites during your favorite show.

5 Mission Zero Carb tortillas

2.5 string cheese sticks, cut in half

10 tbsp tomato sauce

15 slices turkey pepperoni

“I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” spray

Oregano, to taste

Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

On each tortilla, spread 2 tbsp tomato sauce, add 3 turkey pepperoni slices, and half a string cheese.

Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.

Lightly spray with butter spray and sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until crispy and golden.
