6 cups steamed cauliflower rice

2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite blend)

2 tsp ranch seasoning

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 cup sour cream

¼ cup heavy cream

4 tbsp real bacon bits

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine steamed cauliflower rice, sour cream, heavy cream, ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and 1½ cups of cheese.

Mix until everything is well combined.

Spoon mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.

Top with remaining ½ cup of cheese and bacon bits.

Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Let rest a few minutes before serving.
