2 lb lean ground beef

Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Ranch dressing, for serving

Chopped chives, for garnish

Bread and butter pickles, for serving

Instructions

Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat if needed.

Assemble the bowls: Divide beef into serving bowls. Top each with a generous sprinkle of cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.

Add the fixings: Drizzle with ranch dressing, and finish with chopped chives and pickles.
