Ingredients

1 cup cooked white rice

Handful fresh cilantro, chopped

1 grilled lemon chicken breast (seasoned with salt, pepper, lemon juice)

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup cucumber, diced

¼ cup red onion, chopped

⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese

¼ cup hummus

¼ cup tzatziki sauce

Juice of ½ lemon

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
