High Protein Cheesecake Fluff

Born out of a love for cheesecake and a need for healthier indulgence, this fluff has become a weekly favorite in my kitchen. Creamy, quick, and oh-so-satisfying, it’s perfect for winding down a long day or giving your afternoon a boost. The best part? Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

4 oz softened cream cheese

1 tbsp honey (or sweetener of choice)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Optional Toppings:

Instructions

In a bowl, blend Greek yogurt and cream cheese until silky smooth.
