Heavenly Strawberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

34 eggs

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp chopped dill

Salt & pepper to taste

Chili oil, for topping

2 slices sourdough bread

Butter

Flaky salt (optional)

Instructions

Yogurt Base: Mix yogurt, garlic, lemon, dill, salt, and pepper. Spread onto a plate.

Eggs: Boil eggs for 7 minutes, transfer to cold water, peel, and slice in half.

Toast: Toast bread and butter while hot.

Assemble: Place eggs over yogurt. Drizzle chili oil and finish with flaky salt.

Serve with warm toast for dipping.
