8 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 ½ cups marinara sauce
½ cup mini pepperoni
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
¼ cup grated Parmesan
Prep the garlic base: Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan. Pour into the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish.
