Fruity Pebbles Sushi

Turn snack time into a rainbow party! Fruity Pebbles Sushi is a playful twist on classic crispy treats, rolled up like sushi and packed with creamy, fruity flavor. It’s a no-bake, kid-friendly dessert that’s just as fun to make as it is to eat. Roll it, slice it, share it!

Ingredients

3 cups marshmallows

2 tbsp butter

2 cups crispy rice cereal

½ cup Fruity Pebbles cereal

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 large fruit roll-up

½ cup Fruity Pebbles (for coating)

Instructions

In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth.

Remove from heat and fold in crispy rice cereal and ½ cup Fruity Pebbles. Mix well.

Press the mixture into a flat rectangle on wax paper. Let it cool slightly.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cereal base. Top with the fruit roll-up.

Carefully roll it up like sushi. Use wax paper to help shape it.

Slice into sushi-like pieces and roll each piece in extra Fruity Pebbles for crunch and color
