2 large flour tortillas
4 tbsp refried beans
½ cup cooked chicken or black beans
½ cup shredded cheese (Mexican blend or cheddar)
¼ cup salsa (chunky preferred)
Cut a slit from the center to the edge of each tortilla.
Spread refried beans in one quadrant.
Layer the rest:
1: refried beans
2: black beans or chicken
3: cheese
4: salsa
