8 oz cream cheese (softened)
½ stick unsalted butter (4 tbsp)
Optional toppings: cinnamon, sugar-free syrup, berries, whippe cream
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Blend eggs, cream cheese, and butter in a blender until smooth.
Spray or grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
