1 lb Ground Beef
4 cups Green Cabbage, sliced
1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
4 Green Onions, chopped (plus more for garnish)
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 inch Ginger, minced
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce (optional)
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil (for cooking)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cooked Rice (for serving)
Sauté Aromatics: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger, and green onions; cook for 1 minute.
